Lead the end-to-end setup, configuration, and optimisation of Maximo as the site CMMS for Facilities, including work order workflows, PM structures, job plans, inventory integration, and reporting dashboards.
Ensure system data integrity and leverage Maximo to produce meaningful maintenance metrics and KPIs that drive performance conversations and informed decision-making.
Develop and maintain a robust weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedule, ensuring level-loaded resource allocation and on-time PM completion.
Train and coach technicians, supervisors, and engineers on effective use of Maximo for work execution, feedback capture, and compliance.
Asset Maintenance Strategy & Tactics

Lead the implementation and sustainment of 5S across maintenance workshops, stores, and work areas.
Identify and deliver continuous improvement projects that enhance equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and improve maintenance efficiency.
Digitisation of Maintenance Activities
