About the department 

Finance Technology Solutions (FTS) is a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive organization that offers opportunities to connect with business partners to shape the future of Johnson & Johnson finance. The group operates at the intersection of finance and technology including supporting the global SigniFi initiative. SigniFi is focused on reshaping the way we work as a finance team for reporting & analytics for the Johnson & Johnson Finance function.

FTS integrates multiple aspects of finance into a cohesive and creative approach including building strategy and integrated roadmap, governing standard deployment technology, implementing planning and forecasting, portfolio management, data science and analytics, and running state/service management. We are an evolving group that offers exciting opportunities to develop careers and challenges the team for growth. FTS offers the chance to develop traditional financial knowledge while implementing innovative technology to optimize the global J&J finance organizations. 

The main responsibilities are:

• Accompanying the transformation from SAP ERP to S/4 Hana

• Supporting to transition from the Central Finance environment to a full-fledged FI/CO environment on SAP S/4 Hana

• Planning and executing of functional and user acceptance testing

• Providing training material and training sessions to finance end user

A successful candidate is a Senior FI/CO consultant with more than 5 years of SAP experience and has: 

• Analytical thinking skills and quick learning ability 

• Solution competence and creativity

• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills (business language: English)

• Profound experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA Systems (FI and CO in a S/4HANA environment)

• Profound IT Tools knowledge with Jira, MS Office are an advantage

• Experience/expertise in SAP Central Finance

• Experience in accounting/finance function

• Migration project from classical G/L to SAP S/4 Hana environment

• Advanced knowledge in Asset accounting, P2P processes
