Financial Analyst

Johnson & Johnson Worksense (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce

For a lean financial team in the Medical Device sector we are looking for a consultant supporting base business activities.

In particular the successful candidate will support the JNJ/Jabil collaboration on a wide range of finance processes:

- Review, align and set prices with supplier Jabil (New product addendums, Life cycle management in-year price changes, annual price updates)
- Push process/Finished Good purchase order oversight (SAP P01, SAP lynx, Tungsten), qty mismatch, price mismatch
- Indirect Purchase order oversight 
- Jabil AR/AP oversight (arrange meetings to review discrepancies and solutions with different stakeholders)
- True-up analysis (PPV, Volumes)
- Month-end close activities (JE)
- Project work
- Ad hoc claim analysis

We are looking for a person with a university degree in finance (BA minimum, MA/MS desired) and at least two years of experience in a large complex organization.
English spoken and written at a business fluent level is a must. Good knowledge of German would be a strong advantage.

The position is based in Zuchwil. We are looking for a local candidate who can visit the office at least once per week.
