Hours per week: 32 or 40 hours
Imagine your next project optimizing the accuracy and flow of pension data operations, connecting internal HR systems with expert external fund administration. In this role, you will support the general and financial management of the J&J Pension Fund OFP, managing data control, reconciliation workflows, and cash planning within a focused, high-impact team environment.
roles and responsibilities
Ensure the high-integrity processing and oversight of pension administration and system interfaces.
This will involve:
Control data and data interfaces from corporate HR systems to the external pension fund administrators for Belgium and The Netherlands
Reconciliations of data and management of the reconciliation process
Oversight of timely and error-free pension administration (checking calculation and payment of benefits)
Prepare and follow up on cash planning
Act as the key point of contact for pension fund administrators (Conac, Achmea)
Support in answering questions from pension fund members
Support the general and financial management of the pension fund (e.g., administration of incoming invoices, etc.)
Provide support on ongoing projects

You will also bring:
Possess a Bachelor’s or University degree, or equivalent level obtained through experience
Fluent in Dutch with a good professional knowledge of English
Strong eye for detail and a high level of integrity (due to working with personal and sensitive data)
Flexible and able to work independently, answer questions, and solve problems proactively
Experience within J&J (specifically within an HR or payroll environment) is a strong plus
Prior experience with pensions, pension funds, or payroll matters is also a plus
Comfort working in a smaller, tight-knit team within a large, globally structured organization
