roles and responsibilities

For an important project, we are looking for an experienced project management professional to support the implementation of a new pension fund solution. This will involve: 

  • Plan, coordinate and monitor the overall project and individual workstreams

  • Maintain and track the project plan, milestones and dependencies

  • Manage budget, timeline, risks and project reporting

  • Prepare and coordinate governance forums, including the Core Group and Steering Committee

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, advisors and occupational pension experts

  • Support project communications for employees and pensioners

  • Prepare status reports, presentations and decision documents

  • Ensure transparent information flow and structured execution of project activities


how to succeed

You will be proactive, be able to handle shifting timelines and be open and curious. You should take a proactive approach and be able to communicate effectively. You will also bring:

  • Fluency in English and German

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, finance, project management or a related field

  • Several years of project management experience (4+ years experience)

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and governance forums

  • Knowledge of pension funds, benefits or occupational pensions is an advantage

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Structured, proactive and solution-oriented way of working

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Teams

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with flexibility on what days / times you work. This role will be on-site in Zug. This contract will run for a 12 month period.
