  • Request from Senior Leadership in CSA to perform a full review of all distribution rules with International Pharmacovigilance.
  • QI’s/CAPA’s indicate that Bi-Annual review is not 100% effective and a comprehensive in-depth review is required.
  • The requirement is to reduce risk to the organization of potentially unidentified reporting gaps

 

Responsibilities:


Project Manager to be responsible for the planning and execution of the distribution rules review project. The duties include planning, designing, executing and monitoring the DR review project. Meeting with leaders and sponsors to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs

 

General PM responsibilities:

 

  • Resource planning
  • Developing detailed project plans to guide project teams and revises plans based on changing needs and requirements
  • Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members with support from leadership and SMEs
  • Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
  • Anticipates potential delays and issues and provides and supports resolution
  • Compiling and submitting project status reports eg Rag status
  • Preparing presentations
  • Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation
  • Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders
  • Organising project meetings
  • Maintaining RAID log

  • Develop Project Schedule using SME Time estimates
  • Support development of proforma for pre workshop checks and assessment
  • Develop rolling and parallel schedule of country workshops
  • Capture all feedback during the workshops with local teams
  • Preparation and planning for moving 63 country product based DRs to MAH
  • Develop prep session agenda
  • Develop workshop session agenda
  • Determine what evidence and documentation is required to support the review
