Imagine your next project driving hands-on execution and coordination to ensure critical Supply Chain requirements are effectively integrated into a complex PLM solution.
The contractor will support the Supply Chain Business Owner for Jabil, External Manufacturing, and Supply Chain workstreams within the One DPS PLM Phase 1 program. The role focuses on hands-on execution, coordination, and delivery to ensure Supply Chain requirements are effectively integrated into the PLM solution and program milestones are achieved. This position requires strong project management discipline, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage internal and external (Jabil) dependencies in a complex transformation environment.
roles and responsibilities
Project Execution
Drive day-to-day execution of Supply Chain / External Manufacturing activities within PLM Phase 1
Maintain and track integrated project plan, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure delivery in line with scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations
Business Owner Support
Translate Supply Chain priorities into structured project plans and actions
Prepare executive-ready materials (status updates, risks, decision points)
Support governance forums (e.g., Steering Committee, workstream reviews)
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate across IT, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams
Ensure alignment of Supply Chain requirements with PLM system design
Facilitate issue resolution and ensure timely escalation where required
External Manufacturing (Jabil) Integration
Track and manage dependencies and interfaces with Jabil / External Manufacturing partners
Support alignment of external partner requirements with internal PLM deliverables
Maintain visibility of risks impacting program timelines, scope or budget
Risk & Dependency Management
Maintain risk, issue, and dependency logs with mitigation actions
Proactively identify and escalate risks impacting milestones
Ensure transparency across workstreams and stakeholders
Reporting & Documentation
Deliver structured, data-driven reporting (status, risks, milestones)
Maintain key project artifacts (plans, trackers, decision logs)
Ensure clear and consistent communication across stakeholders
how to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
5+ years of project management experience in cross-functional environments
Demonstrated project execution experience (planning, tracking, risk management)
Strong communication skills across global teams
Ability to bridge business and technical requirements and drive execution
Proven experience of system transformation projects
Agile methodologies
preferred
Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or External Manufacturing
Experience in large transformation programs (PLM, ERP, digital)
Experience working in regulated environments (quality/compliance)
Lean / Six Sigma experience
