Working mode: Hybrid, 3 days per week on-site and 2 WFH

Duration: Contract initially running until the end of 2026 (opportunity for a contract extension)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Imagine your next project taking the lead on innovative product development projects from concept through product launch in a dynamic, global healthcare environment.
As a Project Manager Product Development, you will manage particularly complex and strategically significant projects within the division. In this role, you will collaborate with U.S.-based project management teams and project teams, act as deputy for the supervisor, and assume managerial responsibilities when required. Additionally, you will understand and comply with policies regarding the Code of Conduct, Ethics & Compliance programs, and other relevant regulations.
roles and responsibilities
Responsible for leading product development projects from concept through product launch
Responsible for creating, monitoring, and maintaining project plans
Identifying critical paths, project risks, and roadblocks, and proposing corrective actions
Preparing and presenting project status reports and presentations
Collaborating with internal service providers and external suppliers
Develop project plans in collaboration with the project team
Manage the execution of project plans together with the project team
Work with internal service providers and external suppliers to ensure project progress
Responsible for meeting project plans and milestones on time
Report on project progress and status
Escalation of critical issues
Identify critical paths, project risks, and roadblocks, and work with the project team to develop solutions
Support product launch and market introduction activities
Collaborate with U.S.-based project management teams and project teams
Manage particularly complex and strategically significant projects within the division
Act as deputy for the supervisor and assume managerial responsibilities when required
Understand and comply with policies regarding the Code of Conduct, Ethics & Compliance programs, and other relevant regulations
how to succeed
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Medical Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within highly regulated environment and/or the development of medical devices
Project Management certification is preferred
Strong facilitation, influencing, and leadership skills
Excellent German and English language skills
Self-motivated and proactive
Strong team player
Able to work effectively under pressure
Customer-oriented mindset
