QA Specialist in QA Parenteral Products MES Support

Location: Schaffhausen, Switzerland

Cilag AG is an international development and manufacturing company within the pharmaceutical division of Johnson & Johnson, producing pharmaceutical, medical, and chemical products at its manufacturing site in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. For our Quality Assurance Parenteralia (Sterile Production) department, we are looking for an effective team member, immediately or by agreement.

This position is a 2-year temporary contract created due to additional workload and new technology associated with the new MES production project. Working arrangement is hybrid, featuring 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home, with 0% travel.

roles and responsibilities

• Provide quality support for the AME project in sterile drug production

• Assess and approve quality-relevant master data, manufacturing instructions, and process adjustments

• Optimize workflows within the assessment and approval of master data, manufacturing instructions, and process adjustments through project work

• Provide general administrative support for the QA Workstream Lead

• Collaborate closely with Local Quality Owners, production departments, the AME team, and LCM

how to succeed

• Completed vocational training or degree

• Background and experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry

• Strong QA mindset with aseptic manufacturing and GMP experience

• MES experience is required

• Project experience

• Good IT and computer skills (SAP, MES, MS Office)

• Very good language skills and fluency in German and English

• Proactive personality with a quick grasp who enjoys working in a team

• Careful, independent, accurate, reliable, and team-oriented way of working
