Quality Engineer
QA Quality Engineer CnQ Parenterals
Location: Schaffhausen
Working mode: Hybrid (first 2 months fully on-site)
Duration: Contract initially running until the end of 2026 with opportunity for a contract extension
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Language requirements: English and German
Focus Areas:
Practical experience in equipment qualification, room qualification, and risk-based qualification in sterile manufacturing
Hands-on experience in commissioning and qualification with a strong emphasis on risk-based approaches (ISPE CnQ)
Deviation and ChangeControl Management in QMS
roles and responsibilities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for equipment and system qualifications
Define strategy and perform Quality review of equipment qualification documentation
Support implementation of digitalization projects with a focus on paperless qualification
Drive continuous improvement of internal qualification processes (risked based approach)
Ensure proper lifecycle management through evaluation of deviations, planned changes, and decommissioning activities
how to succeed
We are looking for an independent and strong personality with a structured, goal-oriented approach. High willingness to learn is essential, along with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment with knowledge of regulatory qualification requirements for equipment, systems, and cleanroom technology
Must have previous experience in parenterals
Strong sense of quality and responsibility
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Fluent in German and good command of English (written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office and strong IT skills
