Location: Leeds or Blackpool

Working mode: Hybrid (initially fully on-site to get to know the role and the team)

Contract duration: 12 months

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Individual contributor that executes tasks, following a defined standard output or set of procedures. Provides support for internal teams in the Quality Training function. Follows established administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.

roles and responsibilities

  • In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative training tasks for UK sites

  • Administers and maintains the LMS (Learning Management System)

  • Develops and Maintains Site Training Curricula

  • Verifies data entry and hard copy training records to ensure data is accurate.

  • Coordinates arrangements for facilities, and needed resources for training programs

  • Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level

  • Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.

  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable

  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures

  • Performs other duties assigned as needed


how to succeed

  • Minimum grade 4/C GCSEs in English and Mathematics, or equivalent.

  • Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

  • Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office —Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent Communication Skills
