Johnson & Johnson Worksense (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce


Currently we are looking for a RAMS Engineer (Reliability, availability, maintainability and safety Engineer) for one year.

Aim:
Close cooperation with all technicians, team and department heads and ensuring that master data and new data match the life cycle data. Responsible for the correct master data collection according to local processes and guidelines. Optimize system availability.
 


Main Responsabilities:


- Promote maximum maintenance effectiveness and efficiency by acting as a central point of contact for data and business process-related problems and offering user training in the computer-based maintenance management system supported 
- Working with engineers and equipment owners as well as external providers to create the right maintenance plans, task lists at the site 
- Internal exchange via technical drawing and document management systems to ensure that the requirements of the location are met 
- Support and implementation of manufacturing plant excellence at the site by providing training and other training at the site as part of the implementation of LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement of the plant information systems 
- Cooperation with external providers and service providers for the maintenance of work preparation and work control processes 
- Technical Optimization of processes and systems / improvement measures 
- Drives the use of impact assessment as a control tool for rationalization / improvement through technical measures 
- Initiates and identifies opportunities for technical and economical optimization of processes and systems 
- Ensures apparatus and process life cycle management and improvement 
- Support the organization to guarantee the technical qualified status according to the current given internal and external requirements supporting the specific qualification owner
 


Education / Experience:


- Preferably engineering diploma (preferably mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical) or similar subject 
- User knowledge, experience in CMMS systems 
- IT experience desire
- Broad and deep understanding of maintenance management, compliance, GMP, EHS, SOX and other regulatory standards 
- Technical understanding of asset management and related trades
 


Skills:


- Good oral and written communication skills at different hierarchical levels 
- Ability to work in a matrix organization 
- Ability to implement new best practice and market innovations in existing maintenance strategy 
- Assertiveness and very good analytical skills
