Senior Events Manager

The service is requested as ongoing support for event management in the field of oncology. Various event projects are coordinated as part of the implementation of the annual medical education plan.

• Timely planning and independent operational implementation, control of events: congresses, training events, information events, stand-alone, advisory boards, round tables, scientific discussions, steering committees, symposia

• Conceptual advice on the initiation of hybrid, virtual or present events

• Advice on the technical implementation of the above event formats

• Control of external partners (e.g. agencies) in the context of the respective events

• Advice and support in the implementation of strategic activities in the Education & Events department

• Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. medical specialist area)

• Ensuring that the relevant approval and tracking tools are maintained and up-to-date

• System maintenance for own events and support with the system maintenance of events of other team members
