In this operational role you will manage transportation activities focusing on optimizing service levels, contractual relationships, and proactive management of transportation activities throughout the EMEA region

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducts Monthly Business Reviews with transport providers 

• Monitors Carriers weekly/monthly performance against agreed SLAs 

• Works closely with the Sourcing Team to ensure Carrier Contracts and SLAs are in place

• Key Contact point for all Transport related queries and escalations.

• Partners cross-functionally with customer service, warehouse, and transportation teams to resolve/achieve targets.

• Supports the Deliver team in day to day operational, process and system improvement activities 

• Supports resolution of SAP IDOC errors, work with IT and BPX teams on resolution of inventory sync issues.

How to Succeed

• Minimum 2 to 3 years into leading distribution centres and or 3rd party logistics providers. 

• A relevant third level qualification 

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office is required.

• Demonstrated evidence of driving customer experience.

• Excellent collaborator; strong on partnering, partner management and effective interpersonal skills at all levels within a company

• Ensures quality and safety remain a priority.
