Duration: 6 months (opportunity for a contract extension)

Imagine your next project as UI/UX Specialist Webmaster at J&J. We are looking for a versatile web designer who specialises in the UX/UI and has some webmaster skills to join our Digital Excellence team.
This role combines platform management with strong UI design skills, allowing you to drive excellence in online customer experiences.
In this role, you will work closely and collaboratively with our UK web platforms team that includes a number of SME's including Email, Events, and a Digital Analyst, as well as with our regional teams.
You will be comfortable taking responsibility for CMS processes to ensure we maintain high publishing and compliance standards.
You will have experience with envisioning how customers interact with online platforms, and will want to use data, UI/UX skills and your platform knowledge to refine this vision to create impactful online customer experiences.
roles and responsibilities
Become a CMS expert - providing ideas and mentorship on how to get the best out of our web platforms
Work alongside others to convert output from ideation sessions into wireframes, concept designs and prototypes
Communicating, briefing and managing tasks with our remote web development and content management teams
Support in maintaining the web platform, including: platform updates and testing, managing content publications, workload, and processes
Training our remote and third party teams in how they should use the CMS and design layouts that you've crafted. This may also include providing partners with guidance in Janssen specific ways of working
Crafting and/or updating documentation and translating the thinking behind your work for different audiences
Keeping key colleagues updated with progress via collaboration tools.
Define and test interaction ideas, using the data available to evaluate and iterate on successful designs. Work with EMEA teams to request new elements.
Enthusiastically building a greater understanding of the pharma industry and our business to drive greater impact and quality of ideas and designs.
how to succeed
Good understanding of HTML/CSS. Familiarity with bootstrap and web component technologies is a bonus.
Proficient in design software - The Adobe CC Suite and Figma are preferred.
Proactive, problem-solving and self-starter/finisher approach that translates to being solutions orientated.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present work with confidence to partners across the organisation.
Strong project management skills. Able to work within a deadline driven environment.
