Location: field-based, covering the northwest down to the southwest of Ireland

Imagine your next project with Janssen's Haematology team as a CLL Account Manager, where you'll engage key stakeholders in the field of Haematology who are focused on the treatment and management of CLL.
roles and responsibilities
The successful applicant will be instrumental in driving the continued success of Imbruvica and consolidating our growing leadership position in the field of Haematology and working collaboratively with our relevant internal and external stakeholders to achieve this will be critical.
This includes:
Key Account Manage units from decision makers to prescribers, working closely with key customers while also coordinating a multi-disciplinary company effort in several major accounts e.g. close collaboration with, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, Digital, Comms, Patient Engagement and Govt Affairs
Build strong business partnerships with individuals and accounts to create new opportunities and drive the development of existing business.
Be involved in launch readiness preparation for future treatment options in the private and public hospital setting.
Drive & implement positive usage for Janssen suitable treatments and future pipeline products across their respective reimbursed lines of therapy.
Employ an Omni-channel approach to engage with our key customers, utilising a combination of traditional and digital channels, to realise Janssen’s strategic ambitions, in line with all company metrics and KPI’s.
Be part of the sales and marketing team that will shape our strategy for success.
how to succeed
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, preferably with a background in Haematology, but we are open to candidates with strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry
You will also bring:
Must hold a valid clean driving licence for Ireland
Demonstrated excellent account management skills, developing customer needs into mutually beneficial partnerships through outstanding influencing skills.
The ability to develop and strongly influence Key Opinion Leaders
A pro-active, ‘can do’ attitude coupled with strong leadership skills.
High motivation - A top performer with determination and passion
The ability to handle complex technical information.
Have proven yourself to be able to collaborate closely with marketing, medical and sales management to the benefit of the business.
An excellent team player
Able to identify new opportunities and propose solutions to managing competitor activity.
Able to ensure we are involved with local strategy, policy and decision-making.
Able to challenge company strategy through learning in the field.
Creative in solving complex business challenges and overcoming difficult access situations.
Benefits
This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a minimum of 12 months with a review for a potential extension.
