Acuvue Brand Manager - HYBRID (Wokingham)

The Project:
This role is within the UK/IRE marketing team for JJV, a small but lively team. You will be one of a number of marketers working on the ACUVUE® brand, and will report into a Group Brand Manager. All JJV UK/IRE marketers work across both professional and consumer marketing, to both drive eye care professional advocacy, and consumer demand, for the brand.

- Hybrid
- £27-32 p/h PAYE
Duties and Responsibilities:
The marketing team works closely with Professional Affairs, Key Accounts, and the Salesforce management team in the UK/IRE business. A strong customer (retailer) focus is an essential part of how we do business and you’ll also be part of a cross functional team specific to a leading UK customer in order to drive excellence in customer activation.
The role also involves working closely with the EMEA marketing team on a UK lead market basis. Brand Manager for ACUVUE®, with day-to-day responsibility for a critical element of the portfolio including both strategic and executional aspects
- Drive performance by owning and supporting the delivery of the strategic plan (annual business plan)
- Health of business - monitoring and analysis of sales, share, wearers
- Source of growth/volume - identifying/defining
- Competitor focus - monitor activity & derive insight
- Sales strategy execution in collaboration with Sales project lead
Professional Experience Required:
Excellence in execution and delivery of compelling Acuvue experience
- Consumer outreach campaigns – media, PR, influencers
- Salesforce execution - selling decks, printed and other assets, national sales meeting training/briefing sessions
- Professional plan including print & digital media and conferences lead
- Creative/content – leverage global with locally-led work where necessary
- Support product lifecycle management (discontinuations, migration, NPD planning)
- Forecasting of supply
- Support in Pricing
- Unlock category growth by winning with our key account customers
- Drive contact lens category growth & maintain/grow Acuvue share within our key account customers by:
- leading marketing aspects of specific projects/initiatives
- building relationships with the relevant KA contacts (head office and store level)
- consumer outreach specific to key account
In Return:
In return for this role you will receive a very competitive hourly rate. A minimum 12 month contract & an opportunity to work with a Global Leader within the Pharmaceutical sector, Johnson & Johnson.
