Compliance Administrator 


Location: High Wycombe (Hybrid working)

Imagine your next project supporting the compliance program’s transactions for the compliance organisation. They support planning, training, assessments, reporting and other multifaceted compliance functions. This project role will also support the Northern Europe team to create their compliance Sharepoint site for business stakeholders, the “one-pager” policy summaries and cluster training sets for different policy topics. 

This position offers an opportunity to gain insights in to the company for further opportunities that may arise 



roles and responsibilities

You will work with the team on various support activities which may include but not be limited to the following:


  • Coordinate, develop and implement training for internal and third parties, maintain certification and training attendance records 

  • Carry out day-to-day tasks such as data collection, analysis and reporting

  • Support new policy documents preparation 

  • Assist in compliance system support for business stakeholders (preparing guidance videos, documents etc)

  • Support harmonisation, preparation, updating and implementation of all compliance written policies and procedures on an ongoing basis, 

  • Support the team in implementation of education, training, and regular communications on compliance to all covered employees, including local sales, marketing, finance, HR, managers, supply chain and directors at the local level 

  • Support the implementation of local testing & monitoring plan to demonstrate that the compliance program is effective and participate in execution where appropriate 

  • Collect and Provide metrics to the HCC Officer and Operations group as assigned

  • Partnering with the Global/Regional Operations team to: 

  • Customise global/regional policies & procedures and education & training materials to reflect local requirements 

  • Ensure internal reporting requirements are met per enterprise requirements and schedule




how to succeed

You will have a minimum of 3 years experience and be able to take on tasks and break them down to carry out the work effectively. 


You will also bring:

  • Knowledge and experience in share point slides, one-pager, self help guides and training slides.
