Location: Leeds (Hybrid working)

Imagine your next project providing administrative support to the Integrated Business Planning team within the supply chain area. This role entails handling orders from Europe and overseeing both inbound and outbound transactions. Open to both graduates and experienced candidates, the position requires demonstrated IT proficiency and effective communication skills. This opportunity not only provides valuable insights into the company but also holds the potential to lead to future opportunities within the organisation.



roles and responsibilities

  • Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team with Supply Chain activities

  • Manage inbound orders from Europe and outbound orders to Hospitals for consignment stock

  • Ensure records are kept up to date and correct within Supply Chain processes

  • Using internal systems to transact and maintain material tables

  • Liaise with all relevant departments across the organisation, including Deliver to meet customer deadlines. 

  • Create & build on strong relationships with all stakeholders 

  • Encompass flexibility in order to help serve our customers’ needs 

  • Develop appropriate system and procedure knowledge to be able to respond to the majority of issues from external and internal customers



how to succeed

You should possess robust IT literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and effective communication skills to engage with individuals at various levels.


You will also bring:


  • Supply chain experience is preferred but not essential 

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Resilient and able to deal with a variety of personality types

  • Approachable and outgoing

  • Needs to be highly numerate and analytical

  • Diligent with high attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritise effectively

  • Enjoy working with computer based systems

  • Experience using SAP would be beneficial but not required

  • Strong level of professionalism

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Quick learner 

  • Needs to be assertive and able to deliver negative/challenging messages

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a minium of 6 months and has a high chance of extension.
