The Analyst, QC Operations, is responsible for the configuration, governance, and lifecycle management of master data within the eLIMS (LabVantage) system, supporting compliant and efficient QC laboratory operations. The role ensures that system configurations are accurate, complete, and aligned with regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and business needs. The position supports quality systems processes, including change control, documentation management, and continuous improvement initiatives within a regulated (GxP) environment.
roles and responsibilities
You will play a vital role in ensuring data accuracy and compliance while supporting our paperless laboratory initiatives.
This will involve:
Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of master data within eLIMS.
Supporting consistent and harmonized system configurations across sites and processes.
Supporting QC Operations continuity through timely and accurate master data management.
Creating, reviewing, and approving master data in eLIMS (LabVantage) in accordance with approved procedures.
Supporting paperless laboratory initiatives (e.g., iLABs), where applicable.
Creating and updating Method execution templates in the LIMS system.
Contributing to the design of master data for use in digital methods.
Verifying configuration changes through defined review and approval mechanisms.
Supporting system-related activities, including testing of proposed master data setup and discussing with different stakeholders to define requirements for reports.
how to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong foundation in a regulated analytical environment combined with a meticulous approach to master data management and system configuration.
You will also bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
3+ years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, or a Laboratory/analytical environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
High level of attention to detail and structured working approach.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international environments.
Experience with eLIMS (LabVantage) master data configuration.
Understanding of laboratory workflows and complex data structures.
Experience with EDMS for controlled document management.
Exposure to paperless laboratory initiatives.
Experience with HPLC, Dissolution and NIR.
