BE - Project Manager CAR-T

Your responsibilities and your Impact:

• Develop and execute project plans, including defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, including risk assessment, root cause analysis, to ensure that CAR-T cell therapies meet quality standards.

• Lead the QA team, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management to team members.

• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing issues and risks as they arise.

• Ensure that CAR-T cell therapies are developed and manufactured in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Continuously improve the QA process, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed.

Education and Experience Required for Role

Essential:

• Master in engineering or sciences or pharmaceutical sciences

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance in the biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years of experience managing QA teams.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners.

• Experience with CAR-T cell therapy development and manufacturing is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with quality assurance tools and methodologies.

• Ability prioritize tasks effectively.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken

• Willing to be on-site in Ghent with the team and occasionally travel to Beerse.
