Sr Analyst Records and Information Management

The objective of Records and Information Management (RIM) is to manage records in an efficient and effective way throughout their complete life cycle, from the moment they are created to the moment they are destroyed, and to ensure the preservation and accessibility of records in compliance with legal, regulatory and historical requirements.

Records and Information Management Operations (RIM Ops) is part of the Worldwide Records and Information Management (WWRIM) organization and reports into Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM). RIM Ops is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of RIM programs in compliance with the WWRIM standards and guidelines.


  • Maintenance of the network of contact persons (Records Coordinators, Archive Coordinators and Approval Authorities) in the different business units/departments
  • Coordination of the archiving of inactive physical records with the Records Coordinators, Archive Coordinators, the mailroom and Merak
  • Coordination of scanning of vital records with the Records Coordinators and Merak
  • Prepare the 3 yearly revisions of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions, or as required
  • Prepare training materials and provide training to Records Coordinators, Archive Coordinators and other associates, including training on the web-based archiving systems (MIO and GREATS)
  • Monitor compliance with the WWRIM Annual Training on a monthly basis
  • Provide basic audit support
  • Maintenance of the RIM Operations SharePoint site
  • Document internal processes in Work Instructions to increase operational continuity
  • Assist with following projects, as required. - Document Collections related to Legal Hold Notices. - Acquisitions and Divestitures
  • Integration of new Operating Companies in the RIM program
  • Annual update of the Vital Records Master list based on the Enterprise Vital Records
  • Conduct annual compliance assessments in the business units, documented in available templates (Word and Excel)
