The Brand Performance Analytics Expert connects the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) commercial brand teams to the world of brand analytics, leveraging difference types of analytics to transform our performance reporting ecosystems to generate valuable insights.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with 5-7 regional brand teams and Business Insights (BI) teams to evolve the brand performance reporting landscape into our central performance analytics platform and serves as critical day-to-day business partner

  • Partners flawlessly with Business Technology to deliver best-in-class reporting solutions. Act as product owner for analytics solution development, communicates roadmap and priorities

  • Reaches ultimate data domain expertise on several critical sources

  • Leads and designs brand analytics journeys for major new Janssen launch brands and guides the teams through the integration of projects related to performance data

  • Strives for the best mix between harmonisation & customisation and designs agile customised and case specific analytics

  • Maximises user adoption of analytics solutions through ongoing promotion and training

  • Achieves high customer satisfaction by delivering consistency between requirements and final solution. Pays special attention to quick and transparent issue resolution.

  • Supports the Brand Performance Analytics Lead to drive adoption, change and communication while carefully managing available resources

What We Look For In a Candidate

Experience and skills

  • Expert level brand and TA industry knowledge

  • Strong experience with pharmaceutical brands business intelligence topics

  • Knowledge of Advanced Analytics (AA) is a plus

  • 5+ years experience with data visualization (e.g. QlikSense, Tableau)

  • Experience in working in agile product development is an advantage

  • Experience working in a global or regional function with cross-functional interactions is an advantage

Leadership

  • Passion to challenge the status quo and find out of the box solutions – loves and embraces change

  • Solid appetite to design and implement solutions starting from a white page

  • Problem solving: fierce curiosity, take end-to-end ownership of use cases, detail oriented
