Business Change Manager (Fleet Manager)
J&J have an exciting opportunity for a Business Change Manager to manage
optimal delivery of fleet services to over 3,000 company car drivers for J&J in the key markets UK, Belgium and the Netherlands. For this role it is essential to connect well with internal key senior stakeholders. The role also manages a few strategically important change programs across the cluster. We are looking for a strong and motivated candidate to cover this exciting role on a temporary basis to assure business continuity and continue the ongoing change journey. We need somebody experienced with the ability to pick responsibilities up quickly and enable a smooth transition from the incumbent.
What will a Business Change Manager do ?
- Manage J&J fleets in the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands from a strategic perspective, taking final accountability for fleet service delivery within these countries
- Act as main contact for leadership in the mentioned countries on fleet related topics, facilitating key stakeholder engagement and alignment
- Manage driver satisfaction through a continuous improvement cycle
- Ensure tight cost control and support delivery of savings
- Simplify and harmonize fleet management processes
- Implement fleet management service provider transitions
- Ensure compliance with fleet, transport and other relevant national and international regulations
- Manage operational fleet related tasks as they occur
In scope:
- J&J UK cross-sector company car fleet (about 1,000 cars) incl. grey fleet, i.e. employees choosing cash allowance
- Janssen Ireland company car fleet (about 40 cars)
- J&J Belgium cross sector company car fleet (about 1,900 cars)
- J&J Netherlands cross-sector company car fleet (about 500 cars)
Out of scope:
- Fleet procurement incl. contracting (Category Manager)
- Direct driver contact (preferred fleet management service provider in each country)
- SAFE Fleet (SAFE Fleet Manager)

- Highly skilled in implementation and administration of large projects and associated change management and operational monitoring
- Fleet industry experience

- Ability to effectively influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders
- Leading without authority
