roles and responsibilities
Develop and implement long-term and short-term business and budget plans that align with organizational goals.
Conduct scenario planning to anticipate and prepare for future business needs, ensuring the organization is well-prepared for any challenges or opportunities that may arise.
Implement standardized procedures and proven methods across the organization, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
Leverage business planning tools and technologies to improve data accuracy and integration. This will enable the organization to make well-informed decisions based on reliable data insights.
Use advanced analytics to predict workforce and financial needs, allowing the organization to efficiently distribute resources and achieve business goals.
Align workforce planning efforts with budgetary constraints and financial goals, ensuring optimal resource allocation while maintaining financial stability.
Promote a culture of ongoing improvement and collaboration, encouraging creative thinking and the sharing of ideas from all team members.
Collaborate with teams from various departments to ensure alignment and integration of business planning efforts, driving cohesive and coordinated decision-making.
Capture, evaluate, monitor, and promote the value being provided, showcasing the tangible benefits of effective business planning.
how to succeed
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a business and/or pharmaceutical (manufacturing / technical / supply chain) environment is required. Your proven experience in these fields will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this role.
Bachelor's / University or equivalent degree is required, providing you with a solid educational foundation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to effectively use data to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
Exceptional social skills, ability to influence others without formal authority. Your strong partner management and interpersonal skills will be essential in building successful relationships.
Ability to track process improvement and measure business value realization, ensuring that initiatives are delivering the intended results.
Strong ability to analyze financial data and apply budgeting principles, facilitating effective management of financial resources and informed decision-making.
Strong multitasking abilities, allowing you to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a complex, high-profile, and constantly evolving environment. Your ability to maintain confidentiality, operate with poise and integrity, and adapt to change will be key to your success in this role.
Proficiency in workforce planning technologies.

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a 6 month duration and has a possibility of extensions. Open to remote workers in Ireland or Belgium.
