Responsibilities and Objectives
Looking for a flexible team player that is familiar with logistic processes,
preferably within a pharmaceutical environment. The best candidate will have a
hands on mentality and is proactive in identifying opportunities for
improvements and optimizations. This person will lead the coordination of
ordering, purchasing and delivering buy once materials that are needed for the
CAR-T EMEA program.
Tasks and Authorizations
List specific tasks and job duties, include as a minimum:
- Lead the ordering
of buy once materials for the CAR-T program of Placing eMarketplace orders as
needed - Lead the coordination of the receipt and delivery of the materials to
the requestor - Track status of materials and alert key stakeholders of issues and propose alternatives if needed
- Support with the logistic of shipping
materials between sites
Knowledge:
- Supply chain processes
- Procurement processes
- Experience with computer systems
Education:
- Bachelors, preferably in supply chain or related field or equivalent by
experience - 1-3 years of experience in logistics
Languages:
- Dutch
- English
