Senior Clinical CAR-T – Systems Project Support

Location: Beerse, Belgium 

Duration: End December 2024

Hours: 40 hours per week (hybrid, 2-3 days on site)

roles and responsibilities

The Clinical Supply Chain Department (CSC) is part of the Therapeutics Development & Supply (TDS) organization and plays a crucial role in delivering medicines to our patients during the development phase of a new product. This will involve: 

  • Support system development and implementation:

    • Support Business Simulation Testing (BST) 

    • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or coordinate test execution with IT and business users

    • Review and approve test execution

    • Create and/or update end user documentation and training materials

    • Coordinate user training

    • Coordinate end to end release

  • Assist with the resolution of issues escalated by study teams and/or participating clinical sites

  • Participate in multi-functional teams for implementation new digital solutions 


how to succeed

You will have great communication skills and will be able to work well under deadlines.  You will also bring:


  • Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage

  • System Experience is required (Salesforce or Anaplan)

  • Experience in SDLC and GxP applications is required

  • Experience in development/testing tools (ALM, qTEST and JIRA) is required

  • Experience in SAP for supply chain

  • Minimum of 6 years of working experience, preferably in life sciences / clinical supply chain

  • Knowledge of clinical development processes is an advantage

  • Experience with Anaplan is an advantage

  • Ability to work in an environment where short timelines require high level of flexibility while maintaining high degree of accuracy

  • Strong virtual collaboration skills

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a 9 month duration with a chance of extensions.
