The Project:
- Leads Commercial Operations to oversee the administrative and operational functions of the business, ensuring excellence in the execution of our plans to Customers (internal & external) and Consumers
- Supports the execution of the Company’s strategy by focusing on the implementation of those initiatives that simplify core business processes (SOP’s) within the business and drive growth. Priority focus areas:
- Operational Efficiency, effective Supply & Demand
- PO Management
- NPD Execution/Commercialization
- Business Planning Process (financial, commercial & supply integration)
- Champions process improvement and process deployment across the Northern Europe Cluster.
- Reports to Senior management team
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the functionality of the business to deliver sustained growth
- Designs and implements business operations is the contact point for all requests from the NE Leadership team. Triage’s and prioritizes as appropriate to ensure a focus on strategic objectives and enable the business to prepare for future demands.
- Oversees operations of the Company
- Partners with corporate project owners to identify key outputs/deliverables and provide ongoing and monitoring of these.
- Provide ongoing assessment of progress and impact of Simplification initiatives.
- Overseas critical business processes to ensure they are streamlined and deliver excellence in execution e.g., NPD
- Provides support to the NE Leadership team providing oversight and review of relevant projects and initiatives
- Sets metrics and performance goals that track the progress and efficiency of key business processes and their simplification. Evaluates performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Professional Experience Required:
- Project Management/PMO
- Experience in managing and controlling diverse business operations
- Commercial Acumen & Financial understanding
- Effectively manage, lead, and supervise a multidisciplinary team
- Delivery of process improvement and simplification
- Delivering change programmes
