Imagine your next role as a Construction Supervisor to ensure safety in the implementation of our projects.



Responsibilities


  • Preparation and issuing permits.

  • Construction meetings with the Engineers.

  • Site walks with the Engineers to prepare the permit.

  • Supervision of the works by Site Walks.

  • Review of the construction plans prepared with the project team.

  • Execution and Reporting of Construction work according to Janssen Safety and GMP standards and with requirements as specified by Project teams on schedule and scope.

  • Construction execution-related communication with contractors.

  • Daily coordination with multiple Janssen Stakeholders for the execution of work (Multiple business units, Maintenance, Utility Operations, Facilities).

  • Facilitating Construction Risk assessments.

  • Coordinating Housekeeping on site.




how to succeed

The ideal candidate will have:


  • Sound understanding of safety regulations.

  • Experience in the construction industry, preferably in pharma.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (In English) Dutch is a plus.

  • Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.

  • Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
