Imagine your next project as Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager at Kenvue. This highly flexible role provides project support to the CBI (Consumer Business Intelligence) team who are responsible for providing agile consumer, shopper and business insights to the Northern Europe business.
roles and responsibilities
The Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager will typically be responsible for smaller, agile projects but will also support on larger projects, as needed. Within these projects this person is responsible for:
Working with internal stakeholders (typically the Marketing and Category teams) to define the business challenge and associated insights need
Determining the optimal approach - this spans the full range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Often this will use our agile capabilities (e.g., rapid turnaround quantitative surveys, concept testing, claims testing and POS material testing). It could also involve the use of our state-of-the-art shopper science lab.
Designing the research, including e.g., writing questionnaires and/ or discussion guides and/ or briefing agency partners, as needed
Managing the project through to successful completion
Analysing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative research results
Ensuring recommendations are clear, actionable and are landed with key stakeholders

Required Qualifications
3+ years of ad hoc research experience (agency-side preferred, client side considered depending on depth of knowledge) with strong knowledge of quantitative survey/questionnaire design principles, working knowledge of quant methodologies including implicit testing, projective techniques, and advanced methodologies such as Max Diff, Conjoint, Key Drivers Analysis, Segmentation etc. FMCG Experience including concept, claims and point of sale testing, shopper research and brand equity measurement
Desired Qualifications/Experience
Experience specifically working in Health and Beauty categories
Knowledge of the principles of behavioural economics, shopper psychology and How Brands Grow
Experience with research software/ insight platforms such as Dynata, Toluna, Qualtrics, Zappi etc.
Using analytics software such as Q, SPSS, Askia, Reports for Surveys or similar
Experience conducting qualitative research e.g. IDIs, community research or focus groups
