Responsible for performing general analytics and statistical modeling on existing data sets in various areas of the business. Defines data requirements and performs data collection, processing, cleaning, analysis, modeling and visualization. Examines and identifies data patterns and trends to help answer business questions and improve decision making. Provides inputs for complex Data Science and Big Data Mining projects. Identifies areas to increase efficiency and automation of data analysis processes.

You will act as the vital link between business requirements and technical data solutions, ensuring that digital capabilities drive real value.

This will involve:

• Experienced in managing projects related to digital capabilities. Understanding of Agile methodology preferred.

• Is capable of pro-actively capturing business needs/requirements to then collaborate with developers/modellers to translate those needs and deliver digital solutions that address those needs.

• Demonstrated solution delivery with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and cloud-based data intelligence platforms such as Databricks and snowflake. Experience with Statistical process control charting and advanced process monitoring dashboards.

• Is willing to work in a highly dynamic environment with swift changes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Pro-active in identifying and proposing improvements to current state to drive end-user utilization.
