 Global Development ITSM Platform (SAM) – Service Now Developer


Project description

Develop and implement robust solutions for automating ServiceNow service requests through the creation of custom workflows, forms, and APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)


roles and responsibilities

  • Technical development and maintaining custom workflows, catalog items in the service request module and other enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency. 

  • Designing and implementing application integrations between ServiceNow and systems used in the innovative medicine R&D ecosystem.

  • Participate in regular technical meetings with Solution Architect / technical team weekly or ad-hoc as per operational needs.

  • Developing of New API

  • Minor release – implementing AI solutions for the platform

  • Development of new or update to existing API

  • 1-4 complex Service Catalog items – depending on requirements


how to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree (University degree) or equivalent education / relevant experience required  

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a demonstrated focus on ITSM modules.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering customised solutions, system integrations, and enhancements within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
