Digital Marketing Manager - Kenvue J&J


Location: High Wycombe, London

Duration: 12 months

We are recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager to join our vibrant Skin Health EMEA regional team and drive forward our digital-first strategy, influencer and ecommerce acceleration. This position is based in London, UK. 


This critical role will own the content strategy & the execution end-to-end for our stronghold brands, turning our science into a competitive advantage. It will also support the implementation of important digital 1st capabilities needed for our organization to excel at delighting our consumers today and in the future.


roles and responsibilities

This will involve: 

  • Own and develop the EMEA regional influencer strategy, including development of tools and tactics to fuel growth to meet ambition

  • Working in collaboration with local teams to deploy regional strategy in market 

  • Managing the performance of Influencer activity across the region - using internal reporting tools to track both individual influencer metrics & total brand performance

  • Managing Influencer platforms and being key point of contact for account management

  • Responsible for the PDP/content creation & process end to end for our stronghold brands (Focus on Neutrogena & Aveeno) from strategic planning, briefing, deployment, adaptation, performance monitoring to optimizations closely working with the agency, brand teams and markets 

  • Own Skin Health digital shelf reporting and action plan closely working with the brands & markets

  • Ensure creative “forward-thinking basics” and science that sells best practices are implemented in our assets working closely with partner vendors like amazon, facebook and google, cXo organization and global hubs.

  • Support overall Skin Health digital/ecommerce acceleration and capability building including social commerce, rating & reviews, and performance marketing. 

  • Define/Optimize ways of working and processes to help future proof the organization and drive efficiency/scale 

  • Identify Digital 1st/ Ecommerce opportunities and trends for business growth and recommend actionable insights from it



how to succeed

You will have a passion of Digital Marketing, ecommerce and be a digital orientated person. Strategic thinker combined with a strong bias for execution and will have a strong ability to influence and manage stakeholders. You will also bring:

  • 8yrs+ Digital marketing & Ecommerce experience in a beauty/skincare environment 

  • Proven experience in digital content creation (incl Amazon A+) across the industry with a successful track record. 

  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital content ecosystem and how web, mobile, social, influencer, search and e-commerce channels integrate together to optimize behavior, acquisition and sales

  • Hands on experience on digital campaign activation and marketing strategy required. Strong knowledge of how to select and supervise the right content format for the right channel and business needs

  • Good knowledge of latest MarTech and AdTech trends and solutions, in particular in the area of Programmatic buying, SEO/SEM, Marketing Automation, Digital content management

  • Tried experience on Performance marketing activation: landing development and performance tracking and optimization, UX, UI understanding, mobile performance.

  • Solid understanding of analysis tools such as Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Facebook etc

  • English proficiency is required, written and spoken. Other languages such as French, Italian and Spanish is a plus
