POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Process & Data Specialist MSAT Advanced Therapies is responsible for ensuring that manufacturing and process data from systems such as MES, SYMCA, Tableau, and related platforms are accessible, connected, and available for business use. The Digital Process & Data Specialist MSAT Advanced Therapies combines a strong understanding of LVV manufacturing processes with digital expertise to establish and improve data flows that support process monitoring, trend analysis, investigations, continuous improvement, and business reporting.


roles and responsibilities.

  • Lead and Support the setup, maintenance, and continuous improvement of data accessibility solutions across systems such as MES, SIMCA, Tableau, and related digital platforms

  • Apply process knowledge of LVV manufacturing or similar biopharmaceutical processes to understand manufacturing data, process parameters, and business requirements

  • Design, improve, and maintain data flows that enable efficient retrieval, integration, visualization, and utilization of manufacturing and process data

  • Translate business and process needs into practical digital and data solutions

  • Collaborate with MSAT, Manufacturing, Automation, Digital, Data Analytics, Quality, and IT teams to improve data availability and accessibility

  • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools

  • Identify opportunities to improve data transparency, accessibility, usability, and reporting efficiency across manufacturing operations

  • Contribute to investigations and tech transfers

  • Support governance and standardization activities related to manufacturing data and reporting

  • Ensure compliance with applicable GMP, Data Integrity, and company requirements


how to succeed.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience and BS degree or equivalent OR advanced degree MS/MBA/Ph.D. or equivalent

  • Strong understanding of LVV manufacturing processes or comparable biopharmaceutical, biologics, cell and gene therapy, or aseptic manufacturing processes

  • Affinity with digital manufacturing, data management, and data visualization

  • Experience with, or demonstrated ability to work with, digital systems and platforms such as MES, SIMCA, Tableau, manufacturing or laboratory information systems

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment

  • Knowledge of GMP

  • DEGREE: Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Data Science, Information Management, Process Technology, or another relevant discipline

  • LANGUAGES: Fluent in written and spoken English
