Imagine your next role as an Electrical Engineer
You will supervise and direct all aspects of the operation, maintenance, repairs, and improvements to facilities and facilities services and buildings, including all equipment and machinery of the utility systems. Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety and Environmental Regulations to ensure execution, compliance, and proper reporting.
Ensures compliance with facilities standards as defined by J&J and External Governmental bodies
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Direct plant and outside contractors and suppliers in the installation and troubleshooting of equipment.
Proactively debugs, tests, and deploys products.
Perform early analysis and project definition of electrical engineering projects. This includes early design, prototyping, and feasibility analysis.
Serve as one of the key voices to project viability and early definition.
Prepare proposals for immediate and long-term programs for the electrical needs of manufacturing equipment and systems.
Prepare reports and presentations to management on project status and makes recommendations for changes to ensure on-time completion.
Take a lead role in the architectural structure and development of projects.
Manage all levels of a large-scale project and leads multiple discipline teams.
Allocate tasks to team members, determines progress, manage overall design to completion, and ensure overall architectural integrity as Defines scope of projects, estimates cost and time, and prepares justification for capital and expense forecast projects.
Prepare and control project budget.
Evaluate progress, and results, and recommend changes in procedures and systems, as business and equipment electrical needs change.
To be successful in this role you have:
BS 5 - 7 yrs: preferably with a Technical or Facilities background
Required experience level
Project lead experience ( > 3 years)
GMP experience certificates NEN 3140
installation and electrical projects experience mandatory, building related, assembly site, medical devices, waste water, pest control knowledge in a regulated industry is preferred
Proven track record in Facilities Management (minimum of 5 years).
Strong technical skills in EHS Quality Management and facilities engineering.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (NL and English).
