The Project/Role:

The EU MDR Project Manager for DePuy Synthes is responsible for organizational readiness through alignment with other key projects across Hospital Medical Device companies within J&J.  

This position assists DePuy Synthes PMO team with managing all aspects of the rollout of EU MDR with other parts of the organization and will ensure alignment with business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures. This includes oversight and leadership of all organizational change management project team activities. 
 

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing project management strategies and plans that coordinates and prioritizes the EU MDR program with other key priorities happening concurrently



 

Duties and Responsibilities:

The success of this role will be defined by organizational goals and objectives.


 

Change Management

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure the EU MDR program aligns with other key programs happening across the Hospital Medical Device sector.
  • Supervises execution of activities related to organizational change management.
  • Manages resolution of potential organizational obstacles.
  • Works with RA Strategy leads to ensure there is a steady cadence of submissions.



 

Background and experience

  • Previous medical device experience required
  • Project management experience required; certification preferred
  • Change management experience a plus
  • Understanding of EU MDR requirements a plus
  • Strong organizational mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Clear and collaborative approach to the communication strategy.



 

In Return:

In return for this role you will receive a very competitive hourly rate. A minimum 12 month contract with a high chance of extension & an opportunity to work with a Global Leader within the Pharmaceutical sector, Johnson & Johnson.
