Location: Leiden & Sassenheim - Netherlands - Full time on site
Duration: 12 months
Hours: 32 / 40 hours per week - happy to consider part time 4 days a week or full time 5 days a week. Minimum 4 days 32 hours.

roles and responsibilities
Ensure delivery of the hard services is compliant to EHS&S and Quality standards
Security systems like Fire safety, CCTV, Access Control and Burglary
Utilities and systems like Steam, Potable water, Sewer
Day to Day preventive and corrective maintenance on mentioned systems
Act as a chapter owner Fire & Explosion
Monitor operational budgets for both internal and contracted resources; monitor operational performance of service providers
Support Project Development and Delivery teams on capital and infrastructure projects
Support the J&J Leiden Campus in the site-level deployment of enterprise Facilities programs
Initiate maintenance strategies for new equipment
Maintain site-level customer relationships with peers from Operations, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering, understand their expectations and translate them into business service solutions
how to succeed
Education / Experience
Bachelors degree in a technical or Facilities Management field of expertise
3-5 yrs and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills & ability
Strong focus and technical skills on EHS&S and GMP Quality
Good interpersonal skills to work with many different disciplines/nationalities/levels
Proficient Dutch and English
Availability to work in a strong demanding and fast changing environment
Initiate continuous improvement of processes and working methods
Technical writing knowledge
