DePuy Synthes, a market-leading Medical Devices business within Johnson & Johnson, has an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst within the HMD Principal, Inventory and Costing, Centre of Excellence (PIC COE). This role is supply chain focused, with the opportunity to gain extensive exposure across the organization.
roles and responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst will lead the end to end STRIVE governance process. STRIVE is a reporting tool which is the “source of truth” for Intercompany Prices (ICP), Inventory Cost and Fully Loaded costs for the MedTech organization. This will involve:
End to End owner for the governance of the STRIVE system (STRIVE SME)
HMD ICP point of contact for the Affiliate Gross Profit (AGP) Governance Team for quarterly SOX controls.
Supporting the Annual Bravo Minor update
Leading STRIVE Annual Standard Costing and Intercompany Pricing updates.
Support strategic projects and ad hoc projects, as required.
Enhance STRIVE governance processes.
Collaborating closely within own team, STRIVE IT, Master data Teams, HMD Finance teams within and outside the PIC COE and Commercial Finance Partners
Utilize all information sources and tools available to provide relevant analysis and insights into variances, investigating options and propose solutions to limit future impacts.
Timely communication of business-related issues or opportunities with the next management level
Drive improvements within area of responsibility. Challenge established norms and processes to deliver tangible benefits in scope of control, predictability, efficiency, and effectiveness
Become a valued member of the team, tackling additional tasks and responsibilities as required
how to succeed
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Qualified accountant - ACCA, ACA and CIMA or local equivalent
Business level English
Desireable:
3-5 years of relevant experience
Supply chain finance experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry an advantage
Strong computer literacy with experience in ERP Systems & Microsoft packages
Experience of tools like Power BI, Alteryx

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a 17 month duration. Hybrid working model, 3 days on-site.
