Johnson & Johnson has an outstanding opportunity for a Financial Analyst operating within MedTech Supply Chain Finance to gain experience and exposure in an exciting and evolving organisation. The role provides the opportunity for close collaboration with other finance groups and business partners and is a position which provides a great opportunity for further development in the organisation!


roles and responsibilities

  • Process owner of Costing and Net Inventory reporting for Johnson & Johnson International

  • Owner of Full Absorption and Slow and Obsolete Inventory calculations and reporting

  • Responsible for the completion of monthly closing activities for Omrix SA in a timely and accurate manner

  • Build operational improvements and automations into existing ways of working

  • Ad hoc participation as finance business partner in supply chain deployment projects

  • Maintaining the highest compliance standards and assisting in audit and SOX compliance testing


how to succeed

You will be highly organised and will have excellent attention to detail. You will also be able to multitask and prioritise. You will also bring:

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Knowledge of finance/accounting processes and principles

  • Advanced Excel skills


Preferred:

  • Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA accountant or equivalent

  • Relevant multinational experience is an advantage

  • System knowledge of JDE an advantage

  • Fluency in English


Other:

  • Results driven with a strong ownership and accountability for deliverables

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Accuracy with attention to detail

  • Proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a 12 month duration


Hybrid (standard is 3 days on-site). Flexi hours - normal hours are 8.30 - 5.30 Mon to Thurs and 5 hours on a Friday
