The Regional Treasury Service Center EMEA is the first point of contact and a strategic cross-sector business partner for all J&J affiliates with respect to treasury operations such as cash management, bank relations, foreign currency hedging, cash flow forecasting, capital structure management, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures (M&A&D).


roles and responsibilities

This role focuses on end-to-end Treasury processes in a complex transformation environment, ensuring readiness for the new organizational structure.

This will involve:

  • Participate in strategic cross-functional workstreams on both global and regional level

  • Conduct executive leadership updates

  • Support the mapping of Treasury activities for in-scope entities (cash, FX, payments, banking, etc.)

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of Treasury deliverables for go-live readiness

  • Execute on the step plan activities for the setup of the company-in-company structure

  • Coordinate bank account and service setup

  • Help coordinate Treasury-relevant data and testing

  • Prepare materials, documentation, and process guides to support the eventual handover to the receiving team


how to succeed

You are a motivated finance professional with a global mentality and the ability to challenge the status quo constructively.

You will also bring:

  • A Master’s degree in Economics (Master of Applied Economics, Business Engineering, Business Administration, …) or equivalent

  • Approximately 4+ years of treasury experience

  • Proven experience working in a large global company with EMEA/global exposure

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Proven knowledge in the financial world or financial markets

  • Knowledge of settlement systems and treasury transaction processing (Kyriba/SAP is a plus)

  • Global mentality and a phenomenal teammate, flexible, eager to learn, and stress resistant

  • Strong analytical skills and accuracy
