Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Global Subject matter Expert (SME) for program management for Facilities Management
- Lead cross functional programs that address pivotal initiatives and/or operational needs; scope of work will include Global oversight on deployment strategy, setting up deployment structure, consolidate program metrics on a global level, regular connection with regional program managers, providing executive updates, and assuring program objectives are delivered as per plan
- Work with regional program management team to plan ahead and ensure prioritized deployment plans in line with regional workplan/workload
- Approach Program Management from an FM end to end global scope, champion cross-regional coordination to deliver on program management and execution
- Work with service providers, internal resources to lead strategic planning for deployment and execution of FM programs and strategic initiatives i.e., Contract renewal strategy
- Track and control program management and execution through collaboration with regional program mgmt. office
- Builds a reporting environment to ensure frequent feeds from regional teams as well as global program owners.
- Builds change & communication plans with the Program and/or Project Sponsors, the regional Program managers as well as the regional change and communication teams; and agrees on communication strategy for Key Partners on all aspects of program, establishes communication plan and prepares and presents information for key partners.
- Establish and enforce methodologies to generate business values while deploying the specified programs
- Ensure program management is aligned with global E&PS and wider JNJ strategies
- Build-up and deploy communication strategy to drive innovation environment within FM
- Connect with FM COE LT, Support Services Leaders (EHS, GHS, JJT, …) and regional leads to ensure program management is in line with annual business planning
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, related field (operations, engineering, computer science, facilities management, business, etc) required
- Focused degree in Business or related field preferred
- Project Management methodology; PMP Certification is a plus
Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Experience in facility management, financial, or supplier management
- Strong eye for business and relationship building skills
- The ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrixed environment
- The ability to adapt emerging standard methodologies and industry innovations
- Strong program management skills, proven organization, coordination and action tracking skills
- Ability to function effectively and multitask when presented with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Familiarity within the facilities and engineering environment
- Experience building strategic relationships with internal and external project partners and stakeholders
- Global experience
- Experience managing complex workstreams, specifically across geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
- Outstanding customer service skills across a variety of company levels
