HR Business Partner - Pensions & Reward
Location: Leiden (flexible working)
Duration: 6 months contract
Hours: 50% role - part-time

Imagine your next role as an experienced HR Business Partner within Pensions and Rewards.
We are looking for a talented professional to work part (flexible working), demonstrating a solid background in Pensions and Rewards within The Netherlands, Leiden.
The role:
To help J&J Netherlands in the transition to the new pension scheme (‘’Wet Toekomst Pensioenen’’),
Work closely with stakeholder internal & externally, advising, guiding and directing
Lead the transition of the existing pension scheme to a new pension scheme, working together in the complex stakeholder field (Central Works Council, Pension Council, global Total Rewards, General Managers, pension actuaries, HR Benelux, etc.).
You will be a key partner in the social dialogue process and be part of the discussions with the Works Council and the Pension Council.
Education & Background
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven professional / HR experience required - Pensions & Reward
Fluency in English & Dutch is strongly preferred.
Enthusiastic teammate with a drive for a positive work environment.
Proficient in implementing projects, business support initiatives, and change management.
Skilled in relationship management, mentoring, and collaboration.
Strong interpersonal, consultative, and facilitation skills.
Pension knowledge, combined with project and stakeholder management
The candidate can either be a HR person with strong Total Rewards experience, seeking to expand his/her experience in the HR business partner field; or a senior HR business partner with affinity in the Total Rewards/Pension field.
