Location: Leiden

Imagine your next role as an HR Leader who will provide strategic HR partnership to Large Molecule MTO Leiden, NE site to supply to shaping business strategy, and drive aligned outcomes in these focus areas: 

• Leverage internal and external insights to diagnose and design organizations optimized to achieve strategic goals.

• Design and deploy data-driven talent strategies that curate the talent and capabilities required to deliver.

• Shape and steward our culture and employee experiences that will attract, inspire, and retain top talent.

• Accelerate performance through leadership coaching and team effectiveness.

• Partner across our OneHR model to deliver on talent and organizational strategies.

The responsibilities: 

• Fluent in key business strategies, including external market competitive landscape.

• Represent OneHR and provide strategic input on business strategy.

• Understand organizational needs and demonstrate the breadth of OneHR model.

• Partner with businesses for optimal organization setup, inclusive of workforce planning.

• Lead organizational design efforts to position the business for the future.

• Implement significant organizational design efforts and develop notification/exit plans.

• Guide post-notification change plan for efficient organization functioning.

• Identify and diagnose talent needs through effective analysis.

• Create and deploy a talent strategy to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent.

• Partner with Talent Acquisition for talent sourcing strategy and diverse slates.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven professional / HR experience required

• Fluency in Dutch is strongly preferred.

• Enthusiastic teammate with a drive for a positive work environment.

• Proficient in implementing projects, business support initiatives, and change management.

• Skilled in relationship management, mentoring, and collaboration.

• Strong interpersonal, consultative, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to integrate internal and external business drivers for talent outcomes.

• Experience supporting multiple business functions across industries and proficiency in MS Office and talent management technology tools.
