Summary of Opportunity:
As a EUDAMED Process & Data Lead you will join Johnson and Johnson?s EUDAMED team supporting the programs? governance, planning, execution and reporting needs for the EUDAMED Implementation & Data Management Director. This role will work with key senior business leads across the Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices business to lead the EUDAMED Process Mapping and Data Flow documentation as an integral part of the overall Launch Readiness Project Plan.
The EUDAMED Process & Data Lead is key to providing leadership, clarifying risk or actions required as issues arise that require investigation, understanding, socialization or escalation. Ability to communicate and influence at senior manager level is critical.

Key Responsibilities
?   Develop, maintain, and govern a standard E2E EUDAMED Process Map.
?   Support all 6 EUDAEMD Modules in the development of their detailed EUDAMED process maps.
?   Develop a centralized Source Data Input and Output Database.
?   Identify, track and manage the key interdependencies and risks associated with EUDAMED, to ensure appropriate resolution / mitigation planning is in place.
?   Use expert skills to establish common understanding, timelines, milestones and expectations in relation to risk resolution / mitigation, as well as business impact.
?   Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the
highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.
?   Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer.

Experience/Knowledge Required:
?   10 years experience in project management and or managing complex business environments.
?   Experience in documenting processes in a complex environment.
?   Experience in managing data sets and ensuring data consistency: identify inconsistencies and errors in reasoning.
?   Approach program challenges in a consistent and systematic way: rigorously question ideas and assumptions rather than accepting them at face value.
?   Demonstrated ability to lead across multiple business organizations, including global and enterprise-wide projects.
