IT Business Solutions Specialist

Johnson & Johnson Worksense (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce

We are currently looking for a Specialist Business Solutions for 1 year to start ASAP

who will develop and maintain database and office solutions

Essential duties:
- Develops technical solutions in SharePoint, Microsoft Office and databases
- SharePoint integration of developed solutions using PowerApp and PowerAutomate 
- Transfers shared office files into database solutions. 
- Develops web interfaces for database entries and queries 
- Streamline data gathering, measurement and analysis from different databases, developing routines that can be automated and easily modified for reuse 
- Design meaningful dashboards for easy and clear data visualization for stakeholders 
- Completes requests within established timeframes and keeps requestor notified of status. 
- Ensures data accuracy, validity, and completeness in results. 
- Create and develop reports according to business requirements

Experience:
- Min. completed professional education 
- Ideally 3 years' experience in developing integrated SharePoint - Office - PowerApp solutions or in database development and maintenance 
- 3 years' experience in project management as project core team member or project leader
- Experience in MS Office including Visual Basic 
- Experience using Data visualization softwares such as Power BI, tableau or comparable tools 
- Experience in building relational databases 
- Moderate mathematical and statistical skills for descriptive and diagnostic analytics 
- Good knowledge in English and German
