roles and responsibilities.

You will be a key player in the operational excellence of Treasury, sharing responsibilities across all treasury processes and projects.


This will involve:

  • Controlling, authorising, and settling financial transactions

  • Maintaining the user access to all Treasury applications

  • Business partnering across the international treasury organisation

  • Identifying continuous improvements and challenging the status quo

  • Supporting global cash visibility for all affiliates in the different regions (EMEA, ASPAC, US, LATAM)

  • Financial reporting, by collecting and validating data from other teams and regions

  • Business partnering with external banks, J&J affiliates worldwide, and internal/external audit

  • Providing process and system expertise for complex transactions/settlements worldwide

You are a result-driven problem solver who is passionate about taking ownership and moving issues toward resolution in a diverse, global environment.

You will also bring:

  • A Master’s degree in Economics (Applied Economics, Commercial Engineer, MBA) or equivalent and have between 0 and 3 years of professional experience.

  • A team-player attitude and a global mindset

  • Strong analytical skills and high accuracy

  • A flexible, eager-to-learn, and stress-resistant personality

  • Fluent communication skills in English
