Johnson & Johnson Worksense (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce.


We are currently looking for Junior IT Project Manager


Our ideal candidate has:


  • IT background in project management in a multinational corporation (3-4 years of experience)
  • Ability to manage projects that include corporate IT shared service functions for applications development and support, and ability to bring the necessary stakeholders together proactively
  • Project Management skills (plan time and get the right people together). ability to plan, prepare and conduct daily/weekly project stand-up calls
  • Experience in corporate environments - understanding the regulatory lifescience framework under which we operate
  • Strong English communication skills, align with stakeholders and be able to prepare a complex topic in a approachable and understandable way



Soft Skills:


  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently
  • High comfort level with remote working form Homeoffice
  • Ability to be on campus in Neuss at short notice if project requires it
  • Ability to be successful with limited guidance due to strong drive to self-organize and navigating corporate structure
  • Ability to ask questions to move project or task forward, to proactively research solution scenarios
  • Ability to communicate and proactive to bring the right people together
  • High comfort level to approach various stakeholders in IT and business to obtain alignment on various project tasks


Success Criteria in Job:


  • Capability to bring stakeholders (IT and business) together from multiple functions and countries to drive alignment
  • Ability to lead project teams without formal authority
  • Follow through on operational tasks utilizing the J&J shared service processes and functions
  • Not let organizational ambiguity and unclear solution scenarios stop you - if something is unclear, connect with stakeholders to create clarity
  • excellent and proactive communication with all stakeholders by email


Typical project/task example:


  • support business partners in creation of user requirements and take over finalization some of this task
  • running weekly project update calls and take minutes/notes including following up on agreed action items (including to follow up with other stakeholders so they follow through on their action items)
