Imagine your next project ensuring the integrity and quality of life-saving large molecule drug products through expert primary packaging lifecycle management.

As a Lifecycle Management Specialist within the MSAT Large Molecule Drug Product Primary Container team, you will be the bridge between technical excellence and regulatory compliance. You will play a pivotal role in managing change controls and ensuring that our packaging materials meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy.


roles and responsibilities 

This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented and possesses strong knowledge of primary packaging materials, DP filling lines, and analytical project management skills.

This will involve:

  • Change Control Management: Lead and manage all change controls triggered by vendor change notifications and compendial requirements updates, by preparing all related deliverables and addressing internal stakeholders needs (e.g. QA, QC, MSAT, DDS).

  • CAPA / NC Management: Lead and manage nonconformities, route cause analysis investigations, and CAPA plans.

  • Specification Review: Create and update internal primary packaging specifications to ensure alignment with JJIM quality standards and procedures.

  • Technical Documentation: Write test protocol and reports related to functional, physio-chemical, and mechanical testing of primary packaging materials and perform statistical data analysis using appropriate software / tools (e.g. Minitab).

  • Regulatory Support: Provide support in preparing and submitting regulatory documentation to assess quality and regulatory compliance (e.g. Nitrosamine statement, 3.2.P.7 Container Closure System, etc.).


how to succeed 

You are a technical expert with a rigorous approach to pharmaceutical manufacturing and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape.

You will also bring:

  • Background in Pharmaceutical operations / manufacturing

  • Knowledge of primary packaging material and parental production

  • Fluency in English

  • Proficiency in System knowledge: Comet software, Minitab, SAP

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
