We are currently recruiting a LIMS Analyst to join our contingent workforce in Janssen in Leiden for an initial one-year contract.


 

As a LIMS Analyst, you will be part of the iLAB project team. In this team, you will focus on the standardization, implementation, and rollout of the iLAB project, which results in paperless labs. You will be working with the LIMS platform building reagent and instrument modules as well as LME templates. You will also be part of standardization meetings. Besides that, you will support the templates used for New Product Introductions in case of issues and come up with solutions to solve the issues.


 

As a LIMS Analyst you will be:

 

  • Responsible for configuring the LME for new product introductions in the QC labs based on the requirements of the lab and product coordinators
  • Responsible for configuring the instrument modules for new equipment
  • Responsible for configuring the reagent modules
  • Acting as a bridge between the product coordinators and the iLABs system
  • Acting as a bridge between the technicians and the iLABs system
  • Solving (ad hoc) LME / iLABs problems


 

 

To be successful in this role you have:

 

  • Bachelor in Life Sciences or Computer Sciences
  • Background in software development and programming Experience; Laboratory Experience is considered a plus
  • Project management skills and interpersonal skills, engaged in contact with personnel at all levels within the organization.
  • Written and oral communication skills in English. Dutch is desirable.
  • Planning skills, ability to prioritize multiple commitments.
  • Analytical thinking and (technical) problem-solving.
  • Pro-Active mindset, independence, takes action in case there is a problem
