Location: Groningen 

Duration: 6 months contract 

Hours: 40 hours on the site

Imagine your next role as a Maintenance Engineer for setting up an Asset Management Roadmap that includes a clearly defined spare parts management program. You will work in full collaboration with the Technical Services team and Engineering to help deliver solutions to meet the reliability targets. 

roles and responsibilities

• Create clear ownership of spare parts with knowledge of what is where, in which amount on stock where to use for.

• Use Risk base approach for defining equipment criticality 

• Define the recommended spare parts list and set up min-max stock levels

• Create investment proposals

• Create organizational roles & accountabilities within asset management

• Update (preventive) Maintenance plans where needed

• Setting up a system for equipment records & history 

how to succeed

• Proven experience in a Manufacturing and/or Industrial Engineering role in medium to high-volume manufacturing 

• Experience in a highly regulated industry with cGMP

• Hands-on mentality and strong collaboration with all teams 

• ICT Skills: Microsoft Office, SAP PM

• Experience within a MedTech, pharma, or other highly regulated sector.

• Experience with data analysis, Structured Problem solving, FMECA, creating reports and documentation, and presenting results.

• Mechanical / Electrical / Engineering degree or related fields. A bachelor is a minimum.
